Our most popular way to provide our customers screen printed goods is by developing their design on screen printed transfer sheets (see picture below). Transfer sheets are ideal for customers who have a design that will be needed over and over again. With your design in stock on transfer sheets we can print your garments immediately without returning to the screen printing process.

Transfer sheets allow us to apply your design without delay and ship your order in hours and not days. Having your transfer sheets in stock also allows us to provide no minimums to our customers. Our hassle free method allows you to order only the size, color and style garment you need at the time.

Direct Screen Printing Costs
Direct screen printing is available; however, this process requires we print all the customers garments at one time. This limits us with our NO MINIMUM option due to the cost of resetting up the screen(s) on the printing table.

When you order or request a quote we will advise the best way to ensure the most money savings to our customer.

At times, direct screen printing is the best option; however, it is less convenient if our customers need to reorder small quantities.

Thermal film is the most durable printing process for one color applications and with some two color applications.

Our art department will automatically suggest Thermal Film printing to save you money whenever this is the best option. Thermal Film does have some color option limitations.

Computer generated T-shirt printing is done by utilizing a standard inkjet computer printer. The print is done onto special transfer paper and then by using a computerized heat press it is applied to WHITE garments only.

The prints can be a photo or very colorful layouts with outstanding resolution. This process is less durable to machine washing and drying; however, it is an outstanding process for one time events (i.e. family reunions, parties, gifts, etc.).

For best results it is recommended that computer generated printed T-shirts be hand-washed and air-dryed to extend the life of the brilliant colors of the print.
